And he obviously is that stupid releasing a mod called Cinema without asking permission TerminX doesn't mind people who take bits from Cinema and modify it as long as they give him credit for using it. Cinema 3 was actually released as an official Cinema mod, the reason it was taken down is because Cinema is TerminX's series and he had nothing to do with it. It's like someone making a mod and saying it's Max Payne 3.
